  • Front End Sales and Curbside Pickup - If you're limiting or have eliminated access to your store’s front-end, it is best to have a plan in place to continue selling your front-end merchandise. Consider using your website and/or your Facebook page to post pictures of the inventory on your shelves. Email, text, and include bag stuffers to promote OTC and other front-end merchandise through social media. This will alert your customers to the OTCs and other items they can order from your store and have delivered with their prescriptions. During this difficult time, this is a wonderful service to offer to your customers and will keep dollars flowing into your store.
